NAC IFP ASP DEM Shapefile

Global NAC ASP DEMs

Shapefile of LROC Digital Terrain Models on the lunar surface and corresponding error analysis data. Polygons were generated from the DEM derived products using GDAL, ISIS and OGR tools. The shapefile uses IAU Moon 2000 geographic coordinate system.

Shapefile Field Descriptions:

• Image1 – First image used in stereo pair.
• Image2 – Second image used in stereo pair.
• Im1LE_URL – URL for left channel of Image1.
• Im1RE_URL – URL for right channel of Image1.
• Im2LE_URL – URL for left channel of Image2.
• Im2RE_URL – URL for right channel of Image2.
• pix_size – Pixel size of the DEM in meters.
• Name – Name of the DEM product.
• LOLA_mean – Mean vertical error of the DEM against LRO LOLA DEM (Barker et al., 2016).
• LOLA_stdde – Standard deviation of the vertical error against LRO LOLA DEM (Barker et al., 2016).
• version – DEM product version.
• ProdURL – URL to the DEM product.
• ComplDate – Completion date of the DEM processing.
• ISISVer – Version of USGS ISIS used for processing.
• ASPVer – Version of Ames Stereo Pipeline used.
• proj – Map projection used.
• centlat – Center latitude of the DEM footprint in degrees.
• centlon – Center longitude of the DEM footprint in degrees.

This shapefile contains the footprints of NAC DEMs released up through 2025-12-15.
